Every great company begins with a vision, and VAS is no exception. Our journey started with a simple yet powerful idea: to create a business that truly serves the needs of individuals and communities, no matter how big or small the task.
Founded with a passion for helping others, VAS began as a local service provider focused on solving everyday problems for homeowners and businesses. Whether it was installing ADA accessibility features, handling repairs, or modernizing spaces, our goal was clear—to deliver quality, reliability, and care in every project we took on.
As we grew, so did our commitment to meeting the diverse needs of our clients. From expanding our services to include commercial cleaning, HVAC, and home improvement, to ensuring we could assist with everything from lawn care to bathroom remodels, we’ve built our reputation on versatility and dedication.
One of the defining moments in our history was recognizing the importance of accessibility for all. We became specialists in ADA-compliant installations, making homes and workplaces safer and more functional for everyone. This focus has become a cornerstone of who we are, reflecting our belief that everyone deserves to live and work in spaces that meet their unique needs.

A Word from the Owner
Every great company begins with a vision, and VAS is no exception. For me, Timothy Vaughn, that vision started with a lifetime of service, hard work, and a passion for helping others.
Growing up on a grain farm north of Windsor, Colorado, I learned early on the value of responsibility and resilience. Those lessons carried me through 13 years of service in the United States Marine Corps (1984–1997), where I developed the discipline and commitment that guide everything I do today. After the military, I spent over 30 years in the transportation industry, including two decades as a United Parcel Service (UPS) driver, during which I proudly logged over one million accident-free miles. Those years taught me the importance of precision, care, and earning the trust of the people I serve.
It was with that foundation that VAS was born. What started as a small local service provider has grown into a company with a singular purpose: to truly serve the needs of individuals and communities. Whether it’s solving everyday problems, installing ADA accessibility features, modernizing spaces, or providing essential mobility equipment, VAS was built on the promise of quality, reliability, and care.
As we grew, so did our dedication to meeting the diverse needs of our clients. From commercial cleaning and HVAC services to lawn care, bathroom remodels, and ADA-compliant installations, our reputation has been built on versatility and a commitment to helping people live and work comfortably and safely.
One of the defining moments in our history was recognizing the importance of accessibility for all. Serving Veterans and the aging community has become a cornerstone of our mission, as we work to ensure everyone receives the timely and respectful support they deserve. This isn’t just about providing services; it’s about making meaningful impacts in the lives of those who need it most.
Beyond VAS, my personal mission is to continue giving back. I’m deeply involved in supporting local initiatives, including helping the homeless, and I dream of building a Foundation to recycle and distribute mobility equipment to those in need. My goal is to open a local service clinic where anyone, regardless of financial means, can receive the help they need to regain mobility and independence.
